• Looking for a place for Fall/Winter 2010-2011? Please contact the office for information (801-374-7900). Take a look at the list of our floorplans (off to the right-hand side of this page) so when you call, you can know which style you would like!  

• Just a reminder about APRIL 2011 rent--April rent for most residents has already been paid at the time of sign-up. For those who have NOT extended, you will only owe utilities and internet ($40 total). For all residents who have extended to live here for future terms (any spring, summer of fall/winter periods), you DO have payments owing April. Please check with the office if you are unsure of your amount.
